This delicious couverture chocolate is hand-made at Upcott Farm in Taunton, Somerset by artisan Jemma Bristow, who started Cocoas Chocolate just four years ago at the age of 20. The white, milk and dark chocolate blocks are each sprinkled with dried raspberries that give a lovely sharp contrast to the sweet chocolate, particularly noticeable on the milk chocolate. You’ll need a very sweet-tooth for the white and the dark is lush. Cocoas Chocolates are veritable works of art – appealing to the eye and the taste buds.
